This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products sold by SkyRabais, including merchandise, photography prints, and promotional materials.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Custom items (including photography prints or personalized products) may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered for certain items, customers will receive instructions via email once the order is ready.

Pickup availability may vary depending on event schedule or business operations.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

SkyRabais is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and determine appropriate resolution.

6. International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Local taxes

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to shipping limitations

  • Refuse shipment to certain regions if carrier service is unavailable

Customers will be notified promptly if this occurs.
